A highly experienced global team of 40 with over 30 years experience working collaboratively with companies to improve engineering & product development Productivity using advanced Digital Technologies.
We implement technologies such as Mendix, Aras, PowerApps, Teamcenter and work readily with Agile transformations to swiftly realise applications and solutions that contribute to business goals.
Our Leadership Team
I have over 25 years experience in the Aeronautical Engineering & Product Lifecycle Management software industries. Prior to joining AESSiS, i was in active service as a Chinook flight engineer with the RAF. I have extensive implementation experience with all our technology partners. Deployments at Gordon Murray, Oxford Instruments, Rolls Royce Aerospace, Ford Motor Company, Volvo Cars, Jaguar Cars and Aston Martin.
I hold a first class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and i’m also a CAA approved Airframe and propulsion systems engineer.
I’m a jazz drummer in a local group, yet to be discovered
Graham McCall - Low-Code & Digital Technology Executive & Strategist
I have over 30 years experience in engineering, product development and implementing Digital Technologies. A strong track record of working across automotive, aerospace, medical devices, F&B & CPG sectors to deliver strategic business improvement projects & initiatives that improve operational & financial performance in engineering and product development.
In the past i worked for Aras, CIMdata, SDRC & Unigraphics before that for General Motors & Land Rover in various engineering roles. I am a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and hold an MBA from Warwick Business School.
When i’m not working, i’m cycling events for charity or practising my french language skills.

Previous roles as Business Unit Head (Enterprise Products), Development Head (Collaborative Products) & Technical Director (Products Business Unit). Chetan has a great passion for Software Development and Innovation and has been instrumental in developing many new products in Geometric. Chetan is an M. Tech in Design Engineering from IIT, Mumbai and his areas of specialization include PLM integrations & customizations, CAD Translators, Visualization and Training. Chetan is passionate about Movies.
Sanjay Talekar - North America Operations
Sanjay has over 32 years of experience in CAD / PLM area and Academics. He was part of Geometric group of companies for 12 years where he handled roles as Head (PLM Institute), Sr. Manager (PLM Implementations & Quality) and Technical Consultant (CAE, Tool Design) and also as Business Development. His areas of specialization include Engineering Consulting & Training. Sanjay loves music and travel.
